Basic Requirement

  • Help in planning and implementing business development strategies for business growth.
  • Generating leads and achieving sales targets for the assigned technology area and region.
  • Managing relationships with the existing clients and expanding account value.
  • Create proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with the support of Pre-sales team.
  • Complying company’s processes and documentation standards for sales.
  • Creating marketing campaigns and attend expos/events.
  • Managing performance of assigned team members.
  • Helping the company in building sales team.

Technical skill

  • Have worked as a business development manager/executive, sales & marketing associate, or any relevant role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Coordinating with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in customer support is a big plus.
  • Proficiency in English & strong market knowledge
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Ability to build rapport.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, CSE, ME, Marketing, or Computer Engineering.
