Basic Requirement
- Help in planning and implementing business development strategies for business growth.
- Generating leads and achieving sales targets for the assigned technology area and region.
- Managing relationships with the existing clients and expanding account value.
- Create proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with the support of Pre-sales team.
- Complying company’s processes and documentation standards for sales.
- Creating marketing campaigns and attend expos/events.
- Managing performance of assigned team members.
- Helping the company in building sales team.
Technical skill
- Have worked as a business development manager/executive, sales & marketing associate, or any relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Coordinating with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Experience in customer support is a big plus.
- Proficiency in English & strong market knowledge
- Time management and planning skills.
- Proven sales track record.
- Ability to build rapport.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, CSE, ME, Marketing, or Computer Engineering.
